ARCOS Mobile is changing the way that businesses enable their employees to respond, restore and report during both daily operations and unplanned events. Your role in the field is critical and using the ARCOS Mobile App to get work done can help you be far more efficient than carrying around paper, maps and forms. If your administrator has set you up in the ARCOS system, you simply need to log in to get started.
Some helpful tips:
Please be sure to update this app often. ARCOS updates the system frequently and using an older version may cause the app to log you out. For best results, select auto update in the settings menu of your mobile device.
“Keep Me Logged In” is another useful tip. If it isn’t activated on the homepage, a session will expire after 15-30 minutes. By activating this function, a user can configure how long they want their session to last including forever.
