The City of Richmond Mobile App is the source for all things happening throughout Richmond, BC. The app enables you to view activities, recreation programs and events taking place in the City. You can also view your recycling/garbage collection calendar.

By creating a City of Richmond profile (MyProfile), you will unlock the personalized services within the mobile app. This release will include the following:

The ability to create a Digital Recreation Membership Pass that replaces the existing physical plastic cards. You can now present your card using your iPhone to access your memberships purchased at City community centres, pools and arenas.

The ability to view you and your family’s registered recreation programs and activities.

The recycling/garbage collection calendar will display the schedule associated with your MyProfile home address.

There are more exciting features planned in the upcoming releases, bringing City Services to your finger tips!

We are pleased to also provide you with a unique experience which currently focuses on the Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site and Stories of Nikkei of Steveston. Britannia Shipyards is an authentic representation of a once thriving community of canneries, boat yards, residences and stores. Nikkei Stories of Steveston pays tribute to the struggles and successes of Japanese Canadian pioneers and their descendants.Simply walk through the site using the RichmondBC App as your guide. As you approach different buildings, signs or artifacts, the app will provide you with information about each artifact automatically using Bluetooth iBeacons™. In order to use this service, please ensure that location services are enabled for this app. We do not track user locations or privacy information. This feature is only used to enhance your experience while learning about heritage sites throughout Richmond.
