On May 20, 2014, WLBQ-AM was granted a construction permit for a new FM translator, W268CE, licensed to Morgantown, broadcasting at 101.5 on the FM dial, operating on 250 watts of effective radiated power, The new translator signed on the air on the August 21, 2014 as the New Q 101.5 was born. WLBQ 1570 AM and WLBQ 101.5 FM simulcast great local programs such as Out On A Limb, The Leadership Limb, Butler County Ag Connections, Radio Stage featuring musicians with ties to Butler County, and The Sports Jam featuring local sports talk. WLBQ broadcasts sporting events involving the teams of Butler County High School, home of the Butler County Bears. Sporting Events include football, boys and girls basketball, baseball, and softball. WLBQ also broadcast locally-based religious radio shows, including broadcasts of worship services from local churches. We care about our hometown.
