The Pacific Presbytery Churches App highlights all of the churches within the bounds of the Presbytery of the Pacific, a middle governing body of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The Presbytery of the Pacific includes churches within the greater Los Angeles area and the state of Hawaii. The Pacific Presbytery Churches App displays the location of all Presbytery Churches on a map view, allowing the user to quickly locate nearby churches, or any selected church within the Presbytery. The user can also search for churches by name, city, state, and language spoken. Church pins on map views are color coded to indicate the primary language spoken in worship services.

The Pacific Presbytery Churches App provides key information on every Presbytery of the Pacific church, including language spoken, times of worship, the church address, the pastor’s name, a photo of the church, a detailed map of the church’s location, step-by-step directions to the church from the user’s current location, and the ability to phone (on iPhone) and send emails to churches. The Pacific Presbytery Churches App also includes the ability to view church websites, Facebook pages, Twitter pages, Instagram pages, and PC(U.S.A.) individual church statistics and trends over the past two and five years.

Additional features include a brief tutorial, local weather information for each church location, English translation of non-English websites, and the ability to insert church contact information into your iOS Contacts App. A Share Sheet is available for sharing selected church information with others. The Pacific Presbytery Churches App supports Slide Over and Split View multitasking on recent iPads, as well as Dark Mode when using iOS 13 or iPad OS 13.
