Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE (formerly SCOUT Mobile) is used for diagnostics and condition monitoring for predictive maintenance. The app allows users to connect to Parker’s SensoNODE™ Blue wireless sensors to gather measurements for a wide range of applications.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE puts vital information and analytics in the palm of the user’s hand. It offers real-time and historic trend information collected by SensoNODE™ Blue (Bluetooth®Low Energy) wireless sensors and presents it in a way that makes sense to user’s operation, providing the analytics needed to optimize asset performance. Data can also be easily exported and shared.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE alerts users to unexpected condition changes that may damage components and equipment. As levels rise above or fall below user-defined thresholds, users are alerted to these events, giving them an opportunity to address potential issues that could harm the system over time, helping to reduce unplanned downtime and increase productivity.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE works with the full sensor line of Parker's SensoNODE™ Blue products - temperature, pressure, humidity, flexible displacement, analog converter (4-20mA), vacuum, and ServiceJunior™ CONNECT sensors.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE dashboards allow users to organize, name, and color code sensors into endless combinations for increased productivity. Sensor measurement information is viewable at-a-glance in a customizable interface.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE calculations allow users to perform time saving, error-reducing, predetermined calculations. Delta calculations provide realtime differences between two measurements of the same type. Compensated pressure calculations help optimize equipment - e.g. pre-charge a bladder accumulator by using the readings of a pressure sensor and temperature sensor.
