Marvelous Manuel is legendary throughout the Caribbean for his ability to play the maracas. He shakes and swirls the maracas to compliment any Calypso tune. As the trade winds blow through the palm-trees , Manuel can be seen swaying to the rhythm of the music. Now with Marvelous Manuel’s Magnificent Maracas you too can shake and shimmy to your own beat!

Marvelous Manuel’s Magnificent Maracas is a maracas simulator. When you shake your device it will produce the same sounds as if you were holding a real set of maracas in your hand. You can play along with your favorite music, swinging and shaking to the music. If you really get into the music it can be a great form of exercise. The maracas shaking sound can also be achieved by tapping the picture of the maracas on the main screen. A different swirling sound can be achieved by dragging your finger from the picture of the maracas down to the bottom (near the handles) without lifting your finger from the screen. Marvelous Manuel’s Magnificent Maracas also has a "Music" and a "Play / Pause" button. The "Music" and "Play / Pause" buttons were first introduced in the new version of Big Daddy'O Bongos (bdBongos Version 3.5) a bongo simulator, which is also available on iTunes. You can pick a song from your device's playlist from within the app. Simply tapping the "Music" button will give you a list of the songs on your device. Pick one or more song and press the "Done" button. You will then return to Marvelous Manuel’s Magnificent Maracas were the music is ready to be play by tapping the "Play / Pause" button.

Pressing the "Information" button will take you to the copyright information page where Marvelous Manuel dances across the screen to the rhythms of the original musical sound track, Chi Chi Cha Cha.
