How to train with PlayFit?
In PlayFit you will find two different training areas, Challenges and Workouts.

CHALLENGES

With our Challenges you can do training in a few minutes. Depending on the objectives and physical condition you have, you can choose between three levels First - Pro - Xtreme. Each of these levels will adapt your training to a specific time and number of series for each Challenge. Evolve your training with each level and get a toned body soon.

WORKOUTS

If what you want is to work specific muscle groups, such as abdominal exercises or glute exercises, with our Workouts you can do it. Each specific Workout contains workouts for different parts of the body.

Our Workouts uncovered!

Full Body Workouts: train different parts of the body in the same session, from the upper body to the lower body, through abdomen exercises. After the Full Body Workouts any other training will seem easy!
Abs & Strong Core Workouts: Get a strong and flat abdomen. Exercises to tone the lower abs, upper abs and obliques. Get the abdomen you've always wanted to have with a specific workout.
Upper Body Workouts: tones the upper body; arms, chest, shoulders or trapezius. Each workout will work one area of the upper body. Get defined arms, tone your shoulders and chest, or harden your trapezius. Trapcio exercises will help you correct bad postures and erect your neck to avoid possible injuries.
Lower Body Workouts: If you think you already have the upper body worked and want to intensify your workouts in the lower body, this is your Workout by excellence. Get toned legs from the quads to the calves or tighten the gluteus with specific exercises.
Too much for you? Surely NOT! Train daily with our Challenges and Workouts, without the need for additional equipment.

How will you know if you are pushing your workouts to the limit? Very easy! Invite your contacts to the app and compete in an achievement ranking. Can you be number 1 in each level? Compete for it!
