Where to find and return a Cityscoot?
See the “Cityscoot zone”, in blue in the app. This is where you pick up the scooter and end your rental after the ride. Always park it in a public place authorized for motorized two-wheelers. You never have to worry about charging batteries, Cityscoot takes care of everything. Note: the “Cityscoot zone” is regularly expanded and new cities will soon open!

How much does it cost?
No subscription, no commitment: you only pay when you drive!
You are free to use it daily or occasionally in order to shorten your travel times or for the pleasure of cruising around the city. Registration is free and the price starts from 0.22€/minute (the average ride is 15 minutes long = 3,3€).

What about your safety?
This is our top priority: You are all risks insured while you ride a Cityscoot. If you are inexperienced, we offer you a free introduction to riding with our motorcycle instructors. Our scooters are robust and comfortable, you ride with confidence. In the event of a problem, you can reach our lovely team 24/7.

Who can drive a Cityscoot?
All you need is a valid driver's licence (class B/AM). If you were born before January 1, 1988, you will only be asked for your ID!
