Enjoy your Active Rewards with the Vitality Member app. It allows you to access free cinema tickets, free drinks at Starbucks, and other Vitality rewards on the go. You can also use the app to understand your health and get healthier with Vitality, including linking your Google Fit account to earn Vitality points.
The Vitality Member app allows you to:
- Link your Google Fit account and earn Vitality points for tracking your steps (Android 5.0 or later)
- Generate codes for cinema tickets
- Check the status of your Starbucks reward
- Track your Vitality points and check your Vitality status
- Use the digital membership card to identify yourself to Vitality partners
- Find out how understanding your health and getting healthier can earn you Vitality points
- View all your discounts and rewards
You need to be a Vitality member to use this app.
Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, you can register through Member Zone your Vitality membership number and then use the app.
Note to Google Fit users:
If you link Google Fit to Vitality to capture your step data, you’ll need to stay logged into the Vitality member app for your Google account to stay linked. Your step data will sync in the background each day, but you can also sync it by opening the app and tapping ‘refresh’. Activity points are usually shown within 15 minutes of refreshing, but can sometimes take up to 48 hours. If your points aren’t showing, check that you’re still linked to Google Fit through the Vitality Member app, and that Vitality is listed in the connected apps in the Google Fit settings.
Note to Cinema users with insured children under 18:
The cinema page on this Beta version is currently showing that any children on your plan need to earn Vitality activity points to be eligible for a cinema ticket code.
This is just a wording error and you can still generate cinema ticket codes for children under 18, as long as all the adult members on your plan earned 12 Vitality activity points in the previous week.
