Your camera detects an event and uploads pictures to the server. The server alerts you when this happens and you can easily browse these events from anywhere with an Internet connection.
More secure than other solutions as it does NOT provide remote control or live video / audio streaming. Such services require access to your internal network via open ports on your router that can provide access to malicious hackers. CamaC does not require dynamic DNS or any router configuration so does not have this vulnerability.
