RoomFinder makes it easy to find available meeting slots for conference rooms!

Using RoomFinder, you can search for available rooms ("Book room"), view information for a specific room ("Find room") or view availability status for a specific list of rooms ("Favorites").

Roomfinder connects directly to Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange through EWS (Exchange Web Services), and does not use any middleware. RoomFinder is used by thousands of enterprise users worldwide, and is the best way to book and find available rooms in any organization.

*** PLEASE NOTE ***

For RoomFinder to work, your organization must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Your organization must be using Office 365, Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2013.

2. The names of your conference rooms must follow the naming conventions listed at [http://roomfinder.nu/](https://www.google.com/url?q=http://roomfinder.nu/&sa=D&usg=AFQjCNG4SpzhTdfimxT6w_C9b2TdSJfJ1A)

3. Your organization must have RoomLists defined that follow the naming conventions listed at [http://roomfinder.nu/](https://www.google.com/url?q=http://roomfinder.nu/&sa=D&usg=AFQjCNG4SpzhTdfimxT6w_C9b2TdSJfJ1A)

4. On some Galaxy S2 devices that have been upgraded to Android 4.1 and have Mobile Iron and Samsung DM Agent installed, RoomFinder will be unable to connect to an Exchange server over 3G connections. If this happens we recommend that you use a WiFi connection to connect to your Exchange server.
