Workshop Reception is an application developed for service consultants or workshop receptionists. This tool has an active reception template, with which you will be guided step by step through all the points that need to be checked at the time of receiving a vehicle. This favors the possibility of cross selling services, and record the status of the vehicle both written and graphical, since we can make up to nine photos to different panels and details of the vehicle. Once the reception is finished, the document resulting from reception is saved and sent to the client and workshop with an image containing a mosaic of the nine images made at the time of reception. You will be able to handle this document and the attached file with the images from your pc easily.
Reception Workshop has an SQLite database for storing customer data, vehicles and work orders. Once you have created a customer with their corresponding number you can assign one or several vehicles to them if they have several. For this we will use the customer number when we create the vehicle, this customer data and vehicles will only need to be created once and reused every time the vehicle enters the workshop. When creating a new work order the application will list all the vehicles in the database and with the search etitable just by entering the license plate we will quickly locate the vehicle in the list. By pressing on the line of the vehicle that we are going to receive, the data of the workshop, customer and vehicle are loaded in a new screen. Next we have to give the order number, distance traveled of the vehicle. In the first order that we can to each vehicle we will be able to select miles or kilometers, once saved this first order will be kept the type of units mile or kilometer and in the future orders to this vehicle it will not be possible to modify the type of measurement. After completing these fields we only have to select and mark in each line the result of our inspection. By selecting the different cameras we can take up to nine images that will be added to the document, we also have the field for the different jobs requested by the client and the field for the observations that the client says.
