This app offers 2 ways to calculate your body fat percentage: YMCA method and US Navy method. These were developed by YMCA and US Navy with big data. While you don't have the body fat measurement machine, this app provides you a very good body fat percentage estimate.

1. YMCA method: It needs your belly circumference and weight.
2. US Navy method for men: It needs your height, belly circumference, neck circumference.
3. US Navy method for women: It needs your height, belly circumference, neck circumference, hip circumference.

Instructions:
1. Belly circumference for men: Measure the belly circumference horizontal at the level of the navel.
2. Belly circumference for women: Measure the belly circumference at the narrowest horizontal level.
3. Neck circumference: Start below the larynx with the tape sloping slightly down to the front.
4. hip circumference(women): Measure the hip circumference at the widest horizontal level.
