PackNGo® for TEAMS-RDS®
*Note* This application requires TEAMS-RDS® (http://www.teamqsi.com/products/teams-rds/), which is a separately licensed product from QSI.

PackNGo® is the Mobility software extension of the TEAMS® Remote Diagnostic Server (TEAMS-RDS®).

PackNGo® delivers an optimized targeted troubleshooting guide to smart phones or tablets feed off cases from TEAMS-RDS®. PackNGo® is an integral component of QSI’s remote health management and telemaintenance capability. PackNGo® is ideal for enterprise applications such as maintaining an installed base of complex systems dispersed over a wide geography. Until 2012 that capability was only available over the internet, a local intranet or by TEAMATE® installed on laptop.

Diagnostic information gathered from the equipment is processed, diagnostics are performed, and an optimized solution is served to the hand held device.

In the background the TEAMS-RDS® solution is capable of supporting hundreds or even thousands of client systems. All the diagnostic and troubleshooting results, test outcomes and actions directed by PackNGo® are returned and logged into TEAMS-RDS® for tabulation and analysis of the maintenance activities. This advanced diagnostics capability can now be placed directly into the hands of any dispersed service organization.

The core technology uses cause-effect failure models of the target system to perform comprehensive diagnostics.

Provides guided troubleshooting to a technician even at an
internet less area.
Logs and stores all diagnostic and troubleshooting results,
