Simply share a track from from your favorite Android mapping app, such as Backcountry Navigator, or save a track in any common gps format in the app's default location and click the Upload button in this app.
You can also search the existing trails at ShareMyTrail.com, to view a route from your phone, or download the route file directly into your GPS mapping software. (Sorry, Google Earth on mobile devices lacks required features, so is not available.)
Fully supported apps include BackCountry Navigator, Alpine Quest, MyTracks, OpenGPSTracker, ViewRanger, and Maverick. (Some apps do not cooperate as well, we are working with app developers to improve their Android integration.) It works with a few extra touches with any GPS app that supports kml file import and gps file export.
