The main objective of TellUs is to help relief workers locate you if a seismic event occurs. Furthermore, it is particularly useful for making users aware of the security status without having to make phone calls, thus keeping the communication lines necessary for rescuers free. The main features of TellUs are:
- Detection of earthquakes through the major monitoring agencies;
- Intelligent alert for earthquakes with potentially destructive effects;
- Automatic / manual dispatch system for emergency requests;
- Data on all earthquakes recorded within 500 km of your location;
- "Shaky", a virtual assistant that will help you understand the dynamics of earthquakes
  and the rules of conduct to be followed;
- Ultrasound emission for dog units involved in rescue operations;

TellUs was developed by De Vita Salvatore as part of a thesis project in computer engineering at the University of Calabria.
The author does not guarantee the correctness of the information released by the monitoring agencies and assumes no responsibility for the improper use of such information.
Data taken from monitoring agencies are typically subject to delays of a few minutes. We thank the INGV (National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology) for granting the data under creative commons license.
