The smallest entity of the trainings are the exercises. There are two types of exercises: Repetition exercises and Duration exercises. The first are exercises like crunch or squat, that are structured in set formed by some repetitions. The seconds are exercises like run, where there it is a matter of single duration.

More exercises can be collected in Sequences. A Sequence is a list of exercises, and these exercises can be executed one after another in continuous way in a fixed order, or can be executed in preferred order. Once one exercise has been executed, this will disappear from the running sequence, so there is no way to repeat two times the same exercise as mistake.

Sequences can be collected into Programs. For example, if you want to create a weekly training program, after you create the exercises, you can group them into some Sequences called for example Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and group these Sequences into a single Program.

The exercises executed are automatically recorded into a web database (registration required) every time an exercise is completed. In case the operation is not completed, the data will be temporary stored into the phone database, until a new exercise completes and there are no upload errors.
