Build your performance profiles to increase your potential for hockey. Then compare your current profiles with those of previous periods to see if you continue to improve. You will be able to identify your weaknesses and act to reinforce them. At your self-evaluation you can add that of your Coach to create a constructive comparison. It is a powerful tool used by sports scientists and coaches as a first step to the definition of individual training programs. Fill out the profiles with seriousness and regularity and you will develop physical, technical and psychological skills more quickly. You will be more aware and you will immediately have the following benefits:
- visual representation of your self-evaluation as an athlete
- possibility to compare your point of view with that of the coach
- Identifying your strengths and weaknesses
- track your progress
- become an active part of the training process
- achieve such excellent performance levels
- if you compile profiles after each game you will be able to analyze your performance in the race
Instructions.
Fill out the "PHYSICAL" and "MENTAL" profiles by evaluating your current level of skill on a scale from 0 (to nothing) to 10 (very much). Score 10 is represented by the outer ring, 9 from the nearest one, and so on up to 0. Then with the "COMPARE" key, select a previous compilation date to evaluate your progress.
Then click on the clock of Concentrino and a daily advice will appear to improve the mental ability that appears on the dial.
To improve your Hockey potential, apply synchronous concepts, or learn from the start right now using the performance profiles that suit your age. None of the following aspects must be overlooked:
- conditional and coordinated capacities
- individual technique
- individual tactics
- team tactics and strategy
- mental abilities
- correct lifestyles
An update will be available soon, with the possibility of performing objective and calibrated tests on the age of the athletes, with standardization of the results obtained on a scale from 1 to 10 and insertion into performance profiles.
