1) Enter the same MobileBiz Pro company name in Expenses @t Work
2) Enter your expenses in Expenses @t Work

Then in MobileBiz Pro,
3) Open an invoice > Edit > Bill Expenses
4) Or, Home > Summary Reports > Profit and Loss


The app has a limit on number of records you can create. Just delete from existing ones if you need to add more. Or get the paid version to remove this limitation.
