If you own a delivery truck (or several), are a trucker or have a business
that uses truck and want a tool to help you know your costs before you turn
the key, this is for you. Cost-N-Roll allows you to get the approximate cost
of doing a load and help work up a rate to avoid the situation of saying "I
shouldn't have took that load." The app is intended for North America as it is
based on industry average costs (in the United States) and will also work for
Canadian freight too. If you live outside of North America or don't have costs
that are comparable to North American trucking costs, do not purchase it. It
supports only DOLLAR currencies (U.S. and Canadian.) If your currency is not
dollars, do not purchase it. There will be another version for those outside
of North America shortly.

Great for anyone who wants something quick and maybe doesn't have their laptop
with them. The same task might take you, or someone at the office, a lot
longer. You get it done immediately. Calculate skid rates, figure out how much
fuel you'll need, how many hours it should take and see what kind of wiggle
room you have with your rate! Really good if you're dealing with load brokers
who might pitch you some cheap rates and want a reminder that you're in
business to make money, not lose it.

Got a laptop in the truck or someone working for you back at the office or
home? Go to www.ratenroll.com and see the Windows-based software that use YOUR
costs, creates instant rate quotes, uses rate tables, calculates trailer space
and more! Most trucking software packages cost $15,000 and make you buy a
server...and it doesn't tell you what you need to know until AFTER the work is
done. Know before you turn the key!

This will be the best $6.99 you've spent in a while. :)

Shiny side up, y'all. Drive safe.
