Great application for people who working out of office and need powerful scanner with safe you documents in PDF format and send this documents via email.
If you have smartphone or tablet with camera you can:
- scan documents using OCR function;
- save scanned files in PDF or TXT format.
- share saved files though G-MAIL or Bluetooth.
How it works:
1. On Start page, choose file's format (PDF or TXT).
2. If you have chosen PDF format you can save the image as a text or picture:
2.1 If you suppose to work with OCR, go to Menu and choose language for OCR.
Default language is English. For other language, go to Menu /OCR language and choose the language from the list and Save. (Note: you should have active internet connection for language uploading)
2.2. Take a picture of your document using back camera.
2.3. Crop area of the document you want to save.
2.4. You should see the buttons OCR or Accept
2.4.1 If you want to recognize the text in scanned image, press OCR button. App displays the recognized text in Edit window where you can edit it (for example check spelling, add/delete words etc). If you want to rescan, press Redo button. ( Hint: FOR GOOD RESULT YOUR PICTURE SHOULD BE CLEAR WITHOUT ANY MARKS AND SHADOWS).
2.4.2. If you want to save scanned image as a picture, press Accept button. You should see PDF button. Press it to view scanned results.Then press Return button to return to app.
2.5. If you want to add new page to the file, press Cycle button and repeat actions 2.2-2.4 again) .
3. If you have chosen TXT format , repeat actions 2.2 -2.5. OCR will be automatically done and file will be saved in txt format.
Note: In PDF format you can mix up pictures and text in your file. There is no limit of pages in the file.
4.By pressing Exit button, your file will be closed.
5. You can find your files in the folder sdcard/mydocs/.
