Monitoring and tracking your blood pressure on a daily basis may be the only
way that you know if your plan of medical treatment is working. High blood
pressure may not have any symptoms, you may not feel any different and you may
not know if your blood pressure is too high or not at your goal. Daily
monitoring can let you know how you’re doing, give you peace of mind, and help
you track your health over time.

This tracker will allow you to record your blood pressure and pulse rate
readings. You can take this record with you to consult with your health care
provider, or easily email your record to yourself or your doctor.

The Main display provides a summary of High, Low, and Average of your blood
pressure readings and your pulse. Measurements are entered into the three text
boxes marked Sys, Dia, and Pls for systolic and diastolic pressures, and pulse
rate. All three values must be entered to complete the record. The current
date and time is stored along with these three values. The display also
provides a Detail Chart, Systolic Bar Graph, Diastolic Bar Graph, and Pulse
Bar Graph. These views are displayed by long pressing the Main tab at the
bottom of the screen. The ? button provides a reminder of how to navigate
between these four views.

The Edit tab navigates the app to a display allowing all recorded measurements
to be changed or deleted. This tab is not accessible when there is no data
currently recorded. All editing is accomplished using standard dialog boxes.

The Mail tab provides the capability to email the content of the Detail Chart
and data summary. The device being used must be configured for email for this
operation. The user only has to enter an email address in the TO textbox and
select the mail button.

The Color tab allows a choice from twenty-six different color schemes. The
selection is made by a simple tap of a radio button on the row of colors
desired. This will change the background, borders, and text colors on all four
screens of the application, with the exception of buttons and input text
boxes.
