The word knot, rope or rope is no stranger to us, especially for those of you who have participated in scouts. In the world of rock climbing, material knots or know kinds of rope nodes are mandatory because they will be very important in climbing and as a handheld media when climbing. Knots and rigging rock climbing are mostly the same as rigging in scouts, maybe only language and objects are tied differently.
1. Ribbon node
Ribbon knot serves to connect 2 flat straps (Webbing) which are useful as an alternative to the Harness at the end of the node that must be used in this ribbon node.

2. Overhand Knots
The dead knot functions to connect 2 straps with the same diameter. This knot can be made by aligning the two ends of the string concluding into one.
3. Figure Eight Loops
The Eight Knot functions as a mandatory knot on climbers (worn on the harness ring / body strap) and also as a fastening back up on the mooring system when making a pitch on a climbing.

4. Bowline node
Bowline knot / goat knot serves as a compulsory knot on climbers (worn on harness straps / body cords) but needs to be underlined for beginners it is not recommended to use this knot because this node must be really careful in making a knot, if it is not accurate then the node this will be easily released so that there will be a very fatal thing later.
