In its current for, the app allows the user to calculate the EMI, the tax savings as a result of section 24(b) and 80c as well as the total cash outflow. In addition, a EMI schedule and year wise calculation sheet are generated and saved under /Downloads/HomeValuation. The user can also choose to share these files (email does not work currently). These files are in a csv format and can be opened in excel easily for further analysis.
