In the product suite Trio Enterprise 6.x, Trio CC makes it easy to work as an agent/operator from a smart phone.

The agent can login, change roles and status, answer incoming calls, handle call back and manage tasks. The agent can preview the queue of waiting cases and can book the most important case. When searching the company directory the agent can easily transfer calls to other colleagues and queues or make outbound calls based on information in the directory. The agent can also record calls and review these in the history view. It is possible to see which other agents are logged on and see their working status.
