INTRODUCTION

Rate Our Restaurant is an application to help you run the business more successfully. By collecting the feedback from the customer on a portable device (mobile/tablet), Rate Our Restaurant is quite simple and quickly responsive.

Rate Our Restaurant takes advantage of the power of the Internet, contributing to improving the quality of service and staff management for restaurants. With the design is base on the CES (Customer Effort Score) to measure customer satisfaction, we hope to help your restaurant to improve the quality and the revenue.

HOW TO USE

Prepare TWO devices and install the application to both devices.
- Device 1 (Management device): Mobile phone/Tablet. This device open Management Dashboard. The manager will use this device for tracking feedbacks.
- Device 2 (Rating device): Tablet is the best choice. This device is only opened Rate Dashboard and will be placed at the reception. The customer will interact with this device for rating.

A) Device 1 (Management device)
➔ 1. Signup a new account by email or login with Google mail. For example: abc@gmail.com
➔ 2. Login into the application with the above account
➔ 3. Now you are in Management Dashboard. In here, you can manipulate to data in the dashboard, such as:
- Filter reviews/feedback by level: All/Very poor/Poor/Average/Good/Excellent
- Filter by date
- Take a screenshot of a report
- Export to excel file

➔ 4. (Optional) You can set up the config in the Setting:
4.1. From Dashboard screen > Swipe from left to right to open menu
4.2. Click on Settings
4.3. You are able to edit the settings, such as:
- Show/hide notification
- Add emergency phone number (will be shown on Rate Dashboard)
- Set password to turn off the Rate Dashboard
- Add/Edit/Delete feedback reasons

B) Device 2 (Rating device)
➔ 1. Login into the application with the same account with Device 1 (abc@gmail.com)
➔ 2. From Dashboard screen > Swipe from left to right to open menu
➔ 3. Click on Turn on the feedback screen
➔ 4. Now you are in Rating Dashboard. Put this device (with this screen) into the reception. Once the customer pays the money at the counter/reception, let's ask them for leaving the feedback by just one touch

☎ In the case the customer leaves the bad feedback, let's check the Device 1. You will receive the notification in there. Then press the CALL button to your employee for the problems.
⚠ To exit Rating Dashboard:
Click on Power icon on the bottom right 5 times sequence
Input 123456 passcode to exit
(This solution to help to prevent spam feedback)

FEATURE

➔ Both-end interface
In this application, we integrate TWO interfaces into only ONE app. You can use this app as a Rating device or Management device (See HOW TO USE part above for more details).

Quickly response
Once a customer completes the survey, the system will send to the manager's device as soon as possible. The manager can track good or bad feedback from the notification and response instantly.

Good UI/UX
Rate Our Restaurant bring to customer a simple user interface and easy to use. They only have to leave feedback in only 3-5 seconds. It's a really quick survey than another.

➔ Statistic/Report
All the feedback will be reported by day/week/month in the chart. The manager can easily track for improving the service quality and export to Excel/Image also.
