Its head office is tentatively located in Pointe-Noire in the Republic of Congo pending the definitive establishment in Brazzaville.
It broadcasts in two languages on terrestrial, satellite, cable, IPTV and the Web. Its programs are also partially taken over by African national television channels. The channel is available from 7.3 million homes across 33 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
