How to use:
1. Put finger over the back camera lens and start measurement. Keep finger as motionless as possible. Don't press to hard.
2. The flash will turn on and after several seconds you will see` the pulse graph. If you selected a one-time measurement, you should wait a while until the measurement result appears on the screen.
3. Then you may choose type activity for future analyzing on history screen.
Do not measure with cold fingers when the blood circulation is poor.

Normal heart rate
For adults 18 and older, a normal resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 beats per minute (bpm), depending on the person's physical condition and age. For children ages 6 to 15, the normal resting heart rate is between 70 and 100 bpm, according to the American Heart Association
